NEET State Wise Cut Off 2023

NEET UG Counselling 2023 Fees

While filling out the NEET UG counselling form, candidates are required to pay non refundable counselling fees as a part of the registration process. The NEET counselling registration fees vary each year, but this year candidates who are from the UR category have to pay 1000/- for All India Quota Universities and 5000/- for Deemed Universities, and candidates who are from the ST/SC/OBC category have to pay 500/- for All India Quota Universities and 5000/- for Deemed Universities. The NEET counselling registration fees can be paid online using various payment modes, such as credit card, debit card, or net banking.

The NEET UG Counselling 2023 will consist of four stages, including Round 1, Round 2, the mop-up round, Stray vacancy round, in which candidates have to register themselves for counselling, choice filling. According to the performance of the student, cut off marks, and reservation policy, a seat will be allotted to the candidate after that candidate has reported to be in the allotted college. Round 1 of NEET-UG Counselling will start from 15 July 2023 and Round 2 will be started in the month of August 2023. The last two rounds was the mop-up round and the Stray vacancy round, will be held in September 2023 and after that, a seat will be allotted to an eligible Candidate.

The seat matrix for NEET UG Counselling consists of the total number of seats available in government and private medical colleges. In 2023, 91927 MBBS seats were available, 27698 BDS seats were available, 52720 AYUSH seats were available, and 603 BVSC seats were available in government and private colleges. A total of 612 medical colleges participate in the NEET UG counselling 2023, and out of the total seats, 15% are for the All India Quota and 85% are in the hands of state counselling authorities.

  • Step 1: To register for counselling, candidates have to visit the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) at www.mcc.nic.in

  • Step 3: After that, the candidate has to enter the details, such as the NEET roll number, rank, and category, and click on the submit button.
  • Step 4: Now the candidate has to pay counselling fees by using a credit / debit card, and after that, the candidate will receive a unique registration ID and password.
  • Step 5: Now candidates have to login using the provided details and select the preferred college and course, and after that, MCC will conduct a seat allotment round based on the candidate’s rank and choices.
