• Physical Efficiency Test (PET): The SSC GD PET test is designed to test the physical endurance of the candidates. The SSC GD PET test includes the following events:
  • For SSC GD Male Candidates:
    • Race – Candidates have to complete a 5 Km race in 24 minutes.
    • Long Jump – Candidates have to clear a long jump of 14 feet in three chances.
    • High Jump – Candidates have to clear a high jump of 3.9 feet in three chances.
  • For Female Candidates:
    • Race – Candidates have to complete a 1.6 Km race in 8.5 minutes.
    • Long Jump – Candidates have to clear a long jump of 10 feet in three chances.
